Processing Time
The time needed to prepare each order for shipping varies. For the Essential Oil Racks, it is generally about 7 to 12 business days. For the custom furniture, it will vary depending upon the piece you commission. Currently we are about 1 to 2 months to build your piece. If you have specific questions about when your project could be ready to ship, please contact us; 920-672-8900.
We ship using the USPS rates for our small products. If you are ordering large furniture it will be shipped as freight. We will include the cost of shipping in  your estimate so there are no surprises.
We are happy to ship internationally. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes. Braxby's Woodwork is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Local Pick-Up and Delivery
We offer local pick-up and delivery options as well if you are local and would rather not have your custom furniture pieces shipped. We are able to deliver up to one hour away from zip code 54153. There will be an additional charge for deliveries included in your estimate.
Returns and Exchanges
As a general rule, because your project is being custom made for you, we do not accept returns or process exchanges or refunds. If you feel you need to process a return or exchange, please contact us and we can find a resolution to the problem.
